Transforming mental healthcare

I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who are looking for individual, couples', family, and/or group psychotherapy or psychological assessment. I view healing in psychotherapy as a holistic process to include: spirituality, relationships, exercise, career, and the mind-body connection.

I strive to provide a safe and accepting environment to allow individuals to uncover and understand their struggles, while also taking risks to change areas of their lives that are unhealthy. This process can be very rewarding with long-term benefits. I hope to help you move forward in your journey!

  • I am an outdoor and health enthusiast who loves spending time with my family, friends, and pets.  Mabel and Giulia are my two chocolate Labrador Retrievers who often come to the office to spend time with my patients during their sessions.  As a promoter of self care, I regularly participate in running, skiing, CrossFit, rucking, snowshoeing and many other types of physical activities outside.  I believe in the power of meditation and stretching, healthy eating, spirituality, all of which provide opportunities for grounding, relaxation, and decompression.  In addition, I love to travel with my family to learn about other cultures and parts of the world.  Above all I value loyalty, honesty and always striving to be your authentic self.
